This matter is before the court on motion by Reebok International Limited and Reebok International Ltd. (“Reebok”) for a preliminary injunction to prevent Payless Shoesource, Inc. (“Payless”) from “purchasing, importing, distributing or selling shoes infringing Reebok’s federally registered trademarks or trade dress or from making, using or selling shoes infringing Reebok’s U.S. design patents” (Doc. 12).
