*1129 STATEMENT OF THE CASE

[1] Appellant-Defendant, Ziad Abd (Abd), appeals his conviction and sentence for murder, Ind. Code § 35-42-1-1 (1) ; and robbery resulting in bodily injury, a Level 5 felony, I.C. § 35-42-5-1(1).

[2] We affirm.
