Facts of Case
An Everett automobile dealer (Joe Pignataro Chevrolet, Inc.) appeals from a judgment awarding damages to the purchasers (Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Dempsey) of a new Corvette automobile based on findings of the trial court that the dealer was responsible for the defective paint condition on the Corvette which it sold to the purchasers. The dealer also appeals from the judgment dismissing the manufacturer (General Motors Corporation, Chevrolet Motor Division) from the case.
