This appeal from the convictions and sentence of Khaled Elbeblawy for conspiracy to commit healthcare fraud and wire fraud, 18 U.S.C. § 1349 , and conspiracy to defraud the United States and pay healthcare kickbacks, 18 U.S.C. § 371 , calls to mind the familiar warning that anything you say to the government can and will be used against you.
