This lawsuit arose as a result of a failed merger between wrestling entities. In one corner are Global Force Entertainment, Inc. ("GFE") and Jeffrey Jarrett, who bring a number of federal and state law claims. In the other, are Anthem Sports & Entertainment, Corp. ("Anthem Sports") and Anthem Wrestling Exhibitions, LLC ("Anthem Wrestling"), who have filed a Motion to Dismiss (Doc. No. 61) the majority of those claims.
