JACKSON, Judge:
Mrs. Despain appeals from the district court’s ruling that she failed to prove her claims of fraud and mutual mistake by clear and convincing evidence. We affirm.
BACKGROUND
The marriage of Mrs. Joyce Despain and Dr. Robert Despain was dissolved by a divorce decree entered November 24, 1976. On May 26, 1981, Mrs. Despain filed a complaint alleging several claims for relief based on allegations of fraud committed by Dr. Despain.
