James Warren was found guilty by a jury of violating section 503 of the Vehicle Code. (Driving or taking a vehicle of another without consent and with intent to deprive the owner of the vehicle of his title or possession.) He has appealed from the judgment entered, from the order of the court denying his motion for a new trial, and from the sentence imposed. The latter is not an appealable order and the purported appeal therefrom must be and hereby is dismissed.
