MEMORANDUM
KATZ, District Judge.
Appellant William C. Cox, Inc. (“Cox”) appeals from an order of the Bankruptcy Court, 53 B.R. 81 (1985). This court has jurisdiction of the appeal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. section 1334(a). Under Rule 8013 of the Bankruptcy Code, the appropriate standard of review is that the findings of fact of the Bankruptcy Court will not be set aside unless clearly erroneous. Bankruptcy Rule 8013.
