(International), appeal from orders of the circuit court of McHenry County granting summary judgment to plaintiff, McHenry State Bank (Bank), and against defendants in the amount of $22,548.52 and denying defendants’ motion for summary judgment. Defendant, Y & A Trucking, Inc. (Y & A), is not a party to this appeal.
