Hulsey (Hulsey) appeal from: the district court’s Orders dismissing their counterclaims against the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC); the district court’s Orders which granted summary judgment in favor of the FDIC on numerous affirmative defenses; and the district court’s finding of facts and conclusions of law in its Final Journal Entry of Judgment.
