This is an appeal from a judgment of the circuit court finding the defendants personally obligated to the plaintiff on a promissory note signed by them. The trial judge entered judgment against the defendants in the amount of $8,483.44, which sum represented the unpaid balance due on the note plus interest and attorney’s fees. Two of the original three defendants pursue this appeal and argue that the judgment of the trial court should be reversed because they signed the note in a representative capacity as officers of a corporation, and not personally.
