Judge SIMPSON.
Alice Holtzapfel, representing herself, appeals an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County (trial court) finding her in violation of the property maintenance code adopted by the Borough of Bellevue (Borough), and fining her $1,000.00 plus costs. Concluding Holtzap-fel waived all issues by failing to file a timely Concise Statement of Matters Complained of on Appeal as directed by the trial court, we affirm.
