Plaintiffs bring this action against MedS-tar Health, Inc. and Washington Hospital Center (collectively “Defendants”), claiming that Defendants violated the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 201 et seq., and the District of Columbia Minimum Wage Act, D.C.Code §§ 32-1001 et seq., by failing to compensate them for “meal break” and “uniform maintenance” work.
