MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
KRAM, District Judge.
Petitioner brings this action to obtain an order confirming an arbitration award, and in response, Respondent cross-moves to vacate the award. The arbitration award presently before the Court was issued as a Final Award by a panel of arbitrators selected according to the contract procedure agreed to by the parties. Respondent resists confirmation of the award on the basis that one of the arbitrators was or appeared to be biased.
