This matter is before the Court on the motion of defendant, Pittsburgh Corning Corporation, for summary judgment based on the assertion that plaintiffs claim against it is barred by prescription. The action was instituted by plaintiff on June 8, 1982, for damages allegedly received while in the course and scope of his employment as an insulator with various employers from 1932 until 1972.
