OPINION

NIERENGARTEN, Judge.

Appellant Carl White appeals his conviction of first degree criminal sexual conduct. We affirm.

FACTS

On the evening of January 29,1984, K.H. left her home intending to walk to a friend’s house. She accepted a ride from a man driving a maroon-colored car. She talked and smoked Benson & Hedges cigarettes with the driver, “Kevin”, and agreed to ride around with him. They left the downtown Minneapolis area, eventually passing a Sperry Univac facility where they parked behind a building with some white tanks. Kevin told K.H. to remove her clothes.
