Plaintiff Mario Teneval Avilés (“Plaintiff’) filed a complaint on February 4, 2016, alleging political discrimination against Defendants Liza Estrada Figueroa (“Estrada Figueroa”) in her official and personal capacities and against Mariel Martinez-Ortiz (“Martinez-Ortiz”) in her official and personal capacities, as well via supervisory liability (collectively, “Defendants”).
