—Defendant gave notice of appeal from a judgment rendered against him, and executed and filed a supersedeas bond. Thereafter he appeared in this court, and having filed a copy of the notice of appeal and of such bond, made a motion that his appeal be dismissed. This motion was granted, and an order made dismissing the ap*604peal.
