NESBITT, District Judge.

THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon the motion of Defendant Southern Bell Telephone & Telegraph Company (“Southern Bell”) to dismiss, or, in the alternative, for summary judgment. Defendant moves for dismissal of the antitrust claims brought by Plaintiffs, customers of Southern Bell, on the grounds that the Plaintiffs lack antitrust standing.
