A military judge, sitting alone as a general court-martial, convicted Appellee, on mixed pleas, of conspiracy to possess cocaine, violation of a lawful order, wrongful use of cocaine, obstruction of justice, and negligent homicide.1 Articles 81, 92, 112a, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 881, 892, 912a, 934 (2006).
