Owen Leackman sued Dolin C. Cornwell and. tke city of Louisville for personal injuries. Recovery was sougkt against Cornwell on tke ground tkat ke operated a Ford sedan in a negligent manner, tkereby causing it to run into and collide with tke sedan in wkick plaintiff was riding. Recovery was sougkt against tke city on tke ground that it negligently and carelessly allowed to exist in a dangerous and defective condition a brick column at the nortkwest corner of Twenty-Fiftk street and Rolling avenue.
