This is an interlocutory, accelerated appeal under section 15.003 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code. See Tex. Civ. Prac. & RemlCode ANN. § 15.003 (Vernon Supp.2001). Appellant, Teco-Westinghouse Motor Company (“TWMC” or “the company”), appeals from the trial court’s order denying its motion to transfer venue. Appellees, Joel Gonzalez and Robert Pasciak, filed suit against TWMC, alleging retaliatory discharge in violation of the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act (“TCHRA”) 1 and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
