This is one of that very numerous class of actions which have their inception in the unguarded transactions between persons who sustain to each other some confidential relation. In September, 1884, by a deed of absolute conveyance, Mrs. Lindsay transferred to her son, the appellant, sundry property situate in the city of Denver.
