PADGETT, J.
In these cases, Defendant Accessory Distributors, Inc. appeals from the refusal of the court below to set aside a default entered against it and Plaintiff Keith Hupp appeals from the refusal of the court below to enter a default judgment on. the issue of liability in his favor. The issues presented are:(1) Whether the court below abused its discretion in refusing to set aside the default.
