CAMERON, Chief Judge.

This is an appeal from a default and judgment quieting title to property in adverse possession for 10 years (§ 12-526 A.R.S.), and from the order denying the appellant’s motion to set aside the default and judgment. The appellant has presented forty-one questions for review by this Court. We must agree, however, with the appellees that most are either repetitious or have little bearing upon the issues in this case.
