In this breach of contract action, the defendants, Henry Pascarella and Riversedge Partners, 1 appeal from the judgment rendered by the trial court, Hon. Alfred J. Jennings, Jr., judge trial referee, following a court trial, in favor of the plaintiff, R.S. Silver Enterprises, Inc.
