THIS IS an adversary proceeding instituted by Sonia Uransky, the Trustee for the estate of D. Dean Barnard (Barnard). The complaint seeks a determination of the extent of a real estate mortgage held by First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Fort Myers (First Federal), one of the defendants involved in this adversary proceeding.
