—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Colleen McMahon, J.), rendered April 29, 1996, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of two counts of intimidation of a witness in the third *189degree and one count of assault in the third degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to two consecutive terms of IV2 to 3 years, to run concurrently with a term of 1 year, unanimously affirmed.

The verdict was based on legally sufficient evidence and was not against the weight of the evidence. We see no reason to disturb any of the jury’s credibility determinations. The victim’s testimony…
