Two actions were consolidated for trial, and the defendants recovered a verdict and judgment in each ease. The plaintiff filed her motion for new trial, which was overruled, whereupon she served notice of intention to appeal to the 'Supreme Court, and instructed the court reporter to. prepare the case-made, and made a deposit thereon.
