This cause is before the Court on the motion of Debtor/Plaintiff Youngstown Osteopathic Hospital Association (“YOH”) for summary judgment. Defendant Pathways Center for Geriatric Psychiatry, Inc. (“Pathways Center”) filed a memorandum in opposition, and YOH filed a reply. This is a core proceeding over which the Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(H).
