This matter is before the Court on cross motions for summary judgment filed by St. Paul Insurance Company (St. Paul) and defendants Tyler, Scott, Peak, Simoneaux, Walker, Booth, Parker, Price, Varnado, Coxe, Hughes, Brignac & Smith. The specific issue raised by the motions is whether or not St. Paul has a duty to provide a defense and attorney’s fees and costs to the defendants.
