RILEY, Circuit Judge.

Eric Conroy (Conroy) was convicted of aggravated sexual abuse in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2241(a)(1), 2246(2)(A), and 1153, and abusive sexual conduct in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2244(a)(1), 2246(3), and 1153.
