Adam David Hernandez appeals from the District Court’s 1 entry of judgment and sentence following a jury verdict of guilty on charges of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §' 841(a)(1), and conspiracy to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) & 846. For reversal, Hernandez argues that the District Court erred in denying his motion for a mistrial.
