This is an action of forcible detainer, originally brought in the probate court of Pawnee county, Okla., to recover possession of certain premises, situated in the city of Pawhuska, in the Osage Indian reservation. The defendant in error, G. W. Parsons, was plaintiff in the court below, and prevailed in the probate court. The case was appealed to the district court, and a trial de novo was had, where the plaintiff was again successful.
