This was an action of unlawful detainer brought in the Circuit Court of Putnam county, by the Marmet Company againstP. Archibald on the 6th day of February, 3891, to recover the possession of a certain messuage and tenement situated in Pocatalieo district, Putnam county, W. Ya., known and designated as “No. 75” of the plaintiff’s coal property in said district.
