In this second appeal of this negligence action, the plaintiffs, Alan and Sandy Leake, individually and as parents and natural guardians of their child Anna, appeal from the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendants, the Gwinnett County Board of Education and the Gwinnett County School Superintendent.
