Alfred Robert Todd brought an action for damages against sheriffs deputy Ty Joseph Brooks after Brooks killed Todd’s bull while attempting to impound it. The trial court granted Brooks summary judgment on the ground of official immunity, and Todd appeals. We affirm, finding that Brooks was entitled to official immunity because his actions were discretionary.
