Mr. and Mrs. Hemak brought this action against Ocmulgee Dis posal, Inc., the Houston County School District, the Houston County Board of Education, and several school district employees for personal injuries incurred by Mrs. Hemak on the premises of Warner Robins Middle School. The Hemaks appeal summary judgment granted on the basis of derivative or official immunity in favor of Beck, the school principal, and Rewis, a teacher who also developed a district-wide safety program.
