MeHUGH, Judge:

11 Carl Dinger challenges the decision of the Workforce Appeals Board (the Board) that he is ineligible for unemployment benefits following his termination from the Utah Transit Authority (UTA). We decline to disturb the Board's decision.

BACKGROUND
