{¶ 1} Respondent, Edwin Lowe Vardiman Jr. of Cincinnati, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0070574, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1999. 1 On December 3, 2007, we suspended Vardiman for failing to register for the 2007/2009 biennium.
