THIS CAUSE is before the Court sua sponte . On November 26, 2018, this action was removed to this Court. On November 30, 2018, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause, requiring Defendant to show that this case was properly removed because the Court had doubts as to the amount in controversy and the diversity of citizenship. See [DE 7]. The Court has considered the Response to the Order to show Cause [DE 8] and is otherwise fully advised in the premises.
