MEMORANDUM OPINION
RICHARD D. BENNETT, District Judge.
Plaintiff William Aubry Marshall, Jr. filed this action, on behalf of himself and all others similarly situated, against Defendant James B. Nutter & Company, for alleged unlawful activities under the Maryland Finder’s Fee Act and the Maryland Consumer Protection Act. Currently pending before this Court is Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss, and Plaintiffs Motion to Strike New Arguments in Defendant’s Reply or alternatively for Leave to File a Surreply.
