OPINION
{¶ 1} Plaintiffs-appellants, Lucky Cyrus and Ella Simpson, appeal the decisions from the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellant, Home Depot USA, Inc. and granting a motion for judgment on the pleadings in favor of defendant-appellant, DD Carpet Installation Service, Inc.1 We affirm the decision of the trial court.
