Thomas P. Lalley appeals his conviction and sentence for conspiring to commit money laundering in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1956(a)(1)(B)© and (h) (1994). He challenges the district court’s instructions on willful blindness, on the elements of the offense, and on the government’s burden of proof.
