Carter-Glogau Laboratories, Inc., now known as Retrae, Inc., Ronald M. Carter, Sr. (Carter), and Larry K. Hiland appeal from judgments of conviction entered by the district court1 following a two-month jury trial. The convictions resulted from the manufacture and distribution of E-Fer-ol Aqueous Solution (E-Ferol), a pharmaceutical product administered intravenously to premature infants.
