In the wake of a collision between admiralty and arrangement proceedings under Chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Act, appellant Good Hope Refineries challenges the decision of the district court to proceed with the merits of an in rem admiralty action to assert a lien against cargo for demurrage owed by Good Hope to the Atlantic Rich-field Company despite an order issued by the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts enjoining the prosecution of any actions against Good Hope.
