The plaintiff in this litigation is a corporation of the Státe of Connecticut. It *593seeks relief by way of damages for the breach of an alleged oral agreement to furnish it, as a retailer, with a certain minimum number of Volkswagen motor vehicles and supplies of parts therefor.
