Appellant appeals her aggravated murder convictions and death sentence. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm the convictions and find the death penalty appropriate.

The first of appellant’s contentions that we address is that her constitutional and statutory rights were violated when the state prosecuted her for aggravated murder with a defective indictment.
