Case Summary

Larry D. Mitchell appeals the denial of his petition for post-conviction relief. Mitchell was convicted following a jury trial of felony murder, robbery, and related offenses. His convictions and sentence were affirmed on direct appeal. He seeks post-conviction relief raising several claims of ineffective assistance by trial and appellate counsel.
