This case is before us on a petition for eommon law certiorari. The petitioner is the executor of the estate of Ethel M. Gorman. The respondents are the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law. The petitioner contends that a justice of the Superior Court erroneously granted the respondents’ motion to release their real estate from a prejudgment attachment effectuated prior to the United States Supreme Court decision, Fuentes v. Shevin, 407 U.S. 67, 92 S.Ct. 1983, 32 L.Ed.2d 556 (1972).
